All products are boxed in insulated containers they are sealed and contain ice packs to maintain temperatures for up to 36 hours. Some of our produce is vacuum packed and some is tray wrapped. It is ideal if you want to freeze or use from fresh. A small number of products are tray wrapped (3-5 day fresh shelf life) and the majority are vacuum packed (14-21 day fresh shelf life).

Generally all produce will be cut within a tolerance of +/- 60g.

Postage costs

• £11.00 for orders between £1.75 and £59.99
• £9.00 for orders between £60.00 and £74.99
• £5.00 for orders between £75.00 and £149.99
• FREE for orders over £150.00

We always aim to dispatch orders on the next working day to arrive with you the following working day. i.e. if you place an order on Friday it will be processed on Monday and be dispatched from our farm that day to arrive with you the following day (Tue) before 5.30pm. There are some exceptions; when we do not have the product in stock at time of order, we will always notify you of this within 24 hours of placing your order and give you a revised dispatch day.

It is very important that there is someone available to accept the order during the delivery day. If this is not possible then please state an area where the parcel may be safely left i.e. - Porch, Garage or neighbours. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are not received on the delivery day if you are not in.
