Dear Michelle....anybody who is in anyway responsible for producing a rump steak like that which we have just sampled is Dear to me . Iron pan-fried in a little butter & olive oil for a couple of minutes a side then straight to the plate with nothing other than a piece of hot ciabatta & a glass of decent claret....excellent....My son-in-law Richard Fletcher & our grandson Benjamin  both endorse your superb steak pie too.(They had it last night).....It was good to meet you yesterday at Penwortham....congratulations to your brother & team as well .

Over this past weekend, my parents and sister were staying with us.  We wanted something special as it was my Father’s birthday, so we enjoyed the rib of beef we had bought from you last month at Penwortham Farmers’ Market.  Just to say that we all agreed we had not tasted beef as good as that before.  It was fantastic!  Absolutely gob-smackingly tasty!!!
