All our sausages do not contain any artificial flavorings or colourings. They have a 6 day fresh shelf life and are perfect for the freezer if not eaten within this time. We only use natural casings, finest ingredients and our sausages maintain a course meaty texture when grilled or fried. Our traditional Cumberland sausage is particularly good when oven baked.

Please note for information - minimum of 280g is a minimum of 8 sausages (this is approximate as we use only natural casings which are not all a uniform size)
