Savin Hill sausages are made with Middle White and Saddleback Pork from pigs born bred and reared on our own farm. The Lamb sausages are made using lamb from other Cumbrian farms local to our own. The pork sausages contain no artificial additives colouring or presevatives which means they have a 3 day fresh shelf life, they are perfect for the freezer if not eaten within this time. We only use natural casings, finest ingredients and our sausages maintain a course meaty texture when grilled or fried. Our Cumberland sausage is particularly good when oven baked.
