We work closely with breeders of British White Cattle from farms located within the UK and have established informal co-operatives with them, as well as producing Beef from our own British White Cattle which are reared at Savin Hill Farm. We offer you the assurance that you are purchacing Traditional British White Beef and we are certified to make these claims on our literature and labelling.

Joints are strung and professionally prepared ready for roasting. All cuts are prepared in our purpose built butchery by a skilled butcher.
